Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were comfortable and clean, but in need of modernization. The service was very professional and efficient, although the initial greeting could have been warmer. The location was pleasant with a nice garden, but far from the center. The dining experience provided plenty of food options, but the price was higher than expected. Overall, a stay with mixed experiences.
The hotel room I stayed in was in a terrible state, with multiple broken fixtures making it unsafe for my 7-year-old son. Despite the damp and condensation issue, the room overlooked the pool with excellent facilities. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, but I had an incident of staff entering my room without knocking. The location, though not central, turned out to be great for my kids. The dining experience was good overall, with some issues with slow service but a fantastic choice of options. The facilities were decent, considering the price paid for the stay.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious and clean rooms featuring very comfortable beds and strong AC. The view of the Sporting stadium was quite inspiring. Although the rooms were 'American-sized,' which was generous for a city hotel near the airport, the staff in reception were a bit slow. The service, however, was exceptional in the dining areas, with room service, car hire, and many more services available.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with a balcony offering a lovely view of the hotel garden. The bed was comfortable, but I noticed some issues with the shower curtain and moldy pipes. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay comfortable and pleasant.
The hotel seems to have experienced recent renovations, making it very modern and much better than I remembered. However, there is a desperate need for further renovation, especially in the bathrooms. The rooms, with 2 regular beds for 3 adults, are clean and spacious with nice balconies.
I had an interesting stay at the hotel. The room had awesome blackout curtains, perfect for a quick nap before dinner to beat jet lag, but unfortunately, the room itself was in a terrible state with various broken fixtures and dangerous conditions for my son. The check-in process was also not smooth.
Walking into the hotel greeted us with a beautiful view over the pool, meeting our expectations in terms of design and comfort. However, the room felt dated, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in a bad state with a strong smell of smoke lingering.
The hotel had a spacious and cozy room with very comfortable beds and strong AC, perfect for a family of four like us. The service was friendly and incredibly helpful, although reception staff were a bit slow. The location wasn't ideal for us, taking a 10-minute walk to the metro. Dining was reasonably priced with excellent choices. The facilities were overall good.
The hotel room was in a terrible state with multiple issues including broken tap sink, toilet door lock, and shower fixture. The room had double glazing, but it was damp with excessive condensation. On the upside, we enjoyed a free bar from 17:30 to 21:30 and the breakfast spread with a chef cooking eggs and omelets.
